Cotton Velvet fabric is a soft stretch fabric that features short, raised fibers on its face, and a smooth back. Stretch Velvet is manufactured using a face technique that essentially connects two separate pieces with an overlapping pile. The piles are then cut down the middle, splitting into two Stretch Velvet fabrics with smooth backs and plush faces. Woven with a 95% cotton 5% spandex.
